As briefly discussed at our March meeting, IEEE 1609 is actively engaged with ISO in this process, and there is an overlap between the ITS-AID registry and the PSID registry defined in IEEE 1609 standards.

There is no letter for 1609.12 since 1609.12 includes excerpts from other 1609 standards for global coordination with ETSI TC-ITS, CEN TC278, and ISO TC204 WG16.
